1.  What kind of computer set up do I need to view the video?

We strongly recommend a fast internet connection. You may still access the video and PDF with a dial-up connection, but it will take a while to load and the video may not play as smoothly.

2.  What is Flash?

Macromedia Flash Player is free software that you may already have installed on your computer. However you may need a more recent version or an upgrade of that software.  To install a free version or upgrade your current Flash Player, please use the following link: Macromedia Flash Player.

3.  How does the subscription work?

After your purchase, the username and ID you chose will open the MPG e-Learning Center, where you may access the video and all course materials and tools, including a PDF of the book Influence for Impact. You may access any of the courses in the library as often as you like for the duration of the subscription. However, the subscription is for your use only, not for distribution. You may keep the subscription active for as long as you like. And you may cancel it at any time by clicking on the link on the MPG e-Learning Center home page.

4.  Will you give my contact information to others?

No. We never sell or provide any information about our subscribers. The Privacy Statement link at the bottom of each website page provides more detailed information.

5.  Can I share my subscription with others?

An individual subscription is intended for use only by the person who purchases it. Although we believe most people will do the right thing, we also believe in protecting our intellectual property.  Therefore, fraudulent activities such as unauthorized distribution will result in the suspension of the subscription and possible legal action. We’re not litigious but we will seek redress if abuse occurs.  For multiple users, please contact us and take advantage of corporate discounts.  The Terms of Use statement link at the bottom of each page provides more information.

6.  Can I buy the book without the subscription to the video?

Yes, simply click the link to one of the booksellers on the left hand frame of any page.  The book is available in hardback, soft cover or e-book formats.

7.  How are individual and corporate subscriptions different?

Corporate subscriptions allow multiple users to access all of the courses in the library and to take advantage of volume pricing. We can also customize the look and feel of the product to include a client’s corporate identity, logos and executive cameos as well as author new courses to address specific client needs. The customized website may reside on a corporate server or be hosted by us.

9.  Can this program be certified for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?

It is possible that you may use some or all of this material to satisfy various professional continuing education requirements. We can also develop certification courses which can be delivered on the MPG e-Learning Center website. Contact us to discuss your unique needs.

10. Sometimes the playback is jerky or stalls. What can I do about that?

The video is designed to play very quickly, soon after the download starts. This is to avoid having you wait until the complete file has been transmitted. If you have a slow connection or if there is a lot of traffic on your network, you may experience still frames or jerkiness. In this case, simply hit the pause button for a short while to allow the download to catch up with the playback.
